Grid-independent or grid-dependent stand-alone systems – for electrical energy supply
How it works
The system developed by PERGOenergy enables the integration of PV modules, wind turbines and/or generators connected to a battery capacity of 5-40 kWh. This configuration allows for comprehensive electrical self-sufficiency for residential or commercial buildings, as well as for off-grid systems for containers. The continuous inverter output is 12 kW, while the peak output is 20 kW. Taking specific system configurations into account, continuous inverter outputs of 72 kW and peak outputs of 120 kW are even possible. The smooth operation of households or the charging of electric vehicles is possible without any problems. It is also technically possible to expand the battery capacity at a later stage.
PERGOenergy guarantees a constant power supply – power fluctuations are balanced out
Especially in areas with vulnerable electronics, such as agriculture, a stable and continuous power supply is of crucial importance. With growing digitalization and the increased use of automation technologies, this necessity continues to increase. PERGOenergy ensures a reliable power supply by integrating PV modules with a battery, for example, and also buffers power fluctuations in a targeted manner. PERGOenergy therefore offers an optimal solution for a continuous energy supply and minimizes potential risks from power fluctuations.
Power outages lasting several hours or days are no longer a cause for concern with PERGOenergy
PERGOenergy customers have already had 60 hours of power outage in one week. Our system enabled the company to continue working without any problems. PERGOenergy systems can compensate for frequent short and long power outages in such a way that they are not noticed by the customer.
PERGOenergy stand-alone systems – the path to complete self-sufficiency
In addition to compensating for power fluctuations and outages, it is also possible to build systems that are completely independent of the power grid. These are suitable, for example, for tiny houses, for working/living in areas without sufficient infrastructure (e.g. construction site containers). The flexible and transportable application option is also suitable for setting up critical infrastructure in emergency areas (e.g. after flooding).
Flexible modules in a flexible system
Thanks to the modularized design of PERGOenergy systems, there is a high degree of individuality in the design for the customer. PV modules, wind turbines, batteries and generators can be variably coupled. The flexibility and customer orientation of our tailored solutions can be seen in our practical examples.
PERGOenergy system for private customers
System with surplus feed-in and compensation for power fluctuations and outages. Installation of a 17 kWp system with 10 kW LiFePo storage (battery). Free-standing installation with the option of using the area below the system.
PERGOenergy system with variable inclination
Grid-connected system without surplus feed-in and with compensation for power fluctuations and outages. The inclination of the PV modules can be adjusted. This results in optimum use in both winter and summer operation. By changing the inclination in winter, snow cover can be prevented. The 10 kWp system is free-standing and has a 10 kW LiFePo storage unit (battery).
PERGOenergy – off-grid stand-alone system
Off-grid stand-alone system with 17 kWp PV modules and 25 kW LiFePo storage (battery). Self-sufficient system was successfully installed and tested in 2023. The customer’s entire energy supply was covered by the PERGOenergy system (no external power supply).
Multifunctional system for cushioning power outages
Grid-dependent and off-grid stand-alone system without surplus feed-in with 17 kWp PV modules and 20 kW LiFePo storage (battery). The system enables the bed and breakfast to run smoothly despite frequent power outages and power fluctuations caused by the Italian grid.
Stand-alone system for containers
The container extensions have a 2.4 kWp PV module output, 12 kW inverter output and 5-15 kW storage capacity. A further 5 PV module attachments, each with 2.4 kWp, can be connected to a technology container attachment in order to utilize the maximum output. The container attachments can be used in a “plug-and-play” version with or without mains power and with or without a generator.
